Claudio Serratore works at the Law Firm as an attorney-at-law and mainly provides clients with legal advice and assistance in Swiss law.

Claudio has a solid theoretical grounding in Swiss law acquired at the University of Zurich, where he obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law (the latter with magna cum laude). During his master’s studies, Claudio particularly honed his knowledge of commercial and contract law, delving into subjects such as corporate tax law, private insurance law and capital market law.

Subsequently, Claudio acquired important experience in the field of civil litigation, gained during his legal training at a renowned law firm in Lugano, and did a judicial internship at the Tax Law Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Lugano. Having qualified as an attorney-at-law in June 2025, Claudio joined the Studio Legale Pedrazzini Zanazza & Associati SA in the same year.

Claudio is registered in the Attorney Registry of the Canton of Ticino and is a member of the Bar Association of the Canton of Ticino (OATI) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
