Hélène Bergerhoff works at the Law Firm as an attorney-at-law and mainly provides legal advice and representation in Swiss law, with a particular focus on banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, national and international contract law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, as well as civil litigation.
Hélène began her career at a private bank in Geneva’s financial center, then continued at a Geneva-based law firm, specializing in banking law and civil litigation. Before joining the Studio Legale Pedrazzini Zanazza & Associati SA in Lugano, Hélène worked with the legal team of a renowned international investment bank based in London.
Hélène obtained a law degree from the University of Geneva in 2011 and was admitted to the bar in Geneva in 2013. In 2021, she completed a Master of Laws in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London, with her dissertation on the significant role of Swiss freeports in the international trade of cultural goods, and the related legal issues concerning money laundering and illicit trafficking.
Hélène is registered in the Attorney Registry of the Canton of Ticino and is a member of the Bar Association of the Canton of Ticino (OATI), as well as the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
