Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini is a founding partner of the Studio Legale Pedrazzini Zanazza & Associati SA and brings over forty years of professional experience in corporate law, M&A, and international tax law. He began his career in 1985 at the Tettamanti Spiess & Associati law firm, where he became a partner in 1993 and remained until 2005. During this time, he advised on complex cross-border transactions for clients across Europe, Asia, and America. He has gained decades of experience in corporate law, Swiss and international tax law, and contract law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Massimo Guglielmo Pedrazzini is currently Chairman and member of the board of directors of several companies, including Fidinam Group, ST Group Holding, ST Real Estate Holding, Sterling Active Fund, Caimato SA, Marmant SA e G.emme SA, as well as founding partner of the Studio Legale Pedrazzini Zanazza & Associati SA. He holds positions in various non-profit organisations and international companies, such as the Fidinam Foundation, and is also actively involved in international foundations.<\/p>

He studied law at the University of Geneva (graduating in 1985) and was admitted to the bar in Lugano in 1989.
