with a particular focus on banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, national and international contract law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, as well as civil litigation.<\/p><p>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne began her career at a private bank in Geneva\u2019s financial center, then continued at a Geneva-based law firm, specializing in banking law and civil litigation.
